Pay Range: $70 - $74/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

Design visually compelling, user-friendly dashboards focused on cybersecurity metrics, alerts, and trends

Collaborate with cybersecurity analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into dashboard specifications

Oversee implementation and test if the implemented report / dashboard fulfils the design requirements; conduct user acceptance tests; test and validate data correctness

Propose targets and thresholds for reports / dashboards by evaluating existing data and determine required progress considering feasibility; support alignment of proposed targets and thresholds with stakeholders and support endorsement in DBs

Support go-live activities by preparing training material and communication to stakeholders

Manage the “dashboard development book of work” determining clear timelines for all tasks and work packages and provide regular updates on progress (project management)

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

Key Skills; Dashboard Design

BI/Data Visualization

Cybersecurity

Proficiency in one or more BI/data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Client, Kibana)

Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and KPIs (e.g., MITRE Client&CK, NIST, CIS Controls)

Strong skills in data storytelling and user-centric design

Ability to translate complex technical data into actionable visual formats

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines

Fluent written and spoken English skills

Ability to work in a team and focus on results

Analytical competence and high communicative skills across all hierarchical levels

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.

Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, or data visualization certifications).

Experience working in SOC environments or with incident response teams.
