Job Title: Oracle Implementation Leader – Health System
Location: Nashville, TN (Hybrid – Onsite initially, with flexibility over time)
Type: Contract (Consulting), with potential to convert to permanent
Overview:
A large and respected health system based in Nashville is seeking an experienced Oracle Implementation Leader to drive a successful Oracle rollout across their organization. This strategic role will partner directly with executive leadership, including members of the C-Suite, and serve as a critical force in aligning technology, operations, and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of Oracle ERP (or applicable Oracle solution) across the health system
Serve as a primary liaison between technical teams, operational stakeholders, and executive leadership
Translate business needs into system requirements and solutions, ensuring scalability and long-term sustainability
Provide oversight and guidance across project phases: planning, design, integration, testing, training, and go-live support
Track and communicate project progress, milestones, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership
Champion change management strategies to support user adoption and workflow transformation
Qualifications:
Proven experience leading Oracle implementations within a health system or hospital setting
Deep understanding of healthcare operations, workflows, and compliance considerations
Executive presence with the ability to communicate clearly and credibly with C-level leaders
Strong project leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with large-scale transformation initiatives in complex environments
Willingness to be onsite in Nashville during key phases of the project, with flexibility to shift to remote based on progress
Preferred:
Prior consulting experience with large health systems or enterprise organizations
Experience with Oracle Cloud (ERP, HCM, SCM, etc.)
PMP or relevant certification a plus
