At 7 Figure Flipping, we help real estate investors scale their businesses through high-level coaching, proven systems, and an elite mastermind community. We’re looking for a reliable, tech-savvy Marketing Virtual Assistant to support our marketing team. You’ll help us stay organized, move faster, and get more great content and campaigns out to our audience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Assist in building and editing funnels for lead generation and event registrations (pages, forms, automations)

- Schedule, test, and manage email campaigns and nurture sequences

- Write and edit marketing copy for emails, funnels, and other digital assets

- Work inside platforms like HubSpot, GoHighLevel (GHL), and Zapier — and be open to learning more as we grow

- Help manage integrations, automations, and CRM workflows

- Collaborate with the marketing team to support launches, webinars, and event promotions

- Handle general admin and marketing-related tasks to keep projects moving smoothly

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

- Has experience as a VA or marketing assistant, ideally in a fast-paced environment

- Can write clean, engaging marketing copy (real estate knowledge is a bonus!)

- Has some familiarity with tools like HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or Zapier — or is eager to learn them quickly

- Understands the basics of digital marketing funnels and email strategy

- Is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks at once

- Communicates clearly and takes ownership of their work

Bonus Points If You:

- Have experience in the real estate investing or coaching/mastermind space

- Know your way around Canva, GoHighLevel, Hubspot, or Zapier

- Have supported webinars, summits, or live event promotions

- Can troubleshoot basic tech issues or automation hiccups
