Frontend Developer - REMOTE

We’re looking for a Frontend Developer who thrives in fast-moving

environments and wants to contribute to meaningful, high-impact digital

products. You’ll collaborate with a globally distributed team to develop

interfaces that are elegant, responsive, and efficient. While this role is primarily

remote, there may be opportunities to collaborate in person at our HQ in Peru or at future project hubs in Japan.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop frontend web and mobile apps using React, Next.js, Vue, or similar

Translate Figma/Adobe XD designs into clean, responsive components

Collaborate with designers, PMs, and backend developers to ship high-

quality features

Integrate APIs (REST, GraphQL) and optimize frontend performance

Uphold UI/UX standards across browsers and devices

Frontend Developer 1

Write scalable, testable code with documentation

Contribute ideas and insights during agile planning and retros

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in frontend development

Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript

Strong experience with React and/or Next.js

Solid understanding of responsive and accessible design

Experience with RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs

Git-based workflows and basic DevOps or CI/CD experience

Ability to work independently with strong communication skills

Fluent in English (Spanish or Japanese is a plus)

Nice-to-Haves:

Tailwind CSS, Framer Motion, or other animation libraries

Experience with headless CMS (Strapi, Sanity)

Familiarity with Web3 technologies (wallets, EVM, smart contracts)

Previous work in industries like fintech, wellness, or social platforms
