We’re on the lookout for a highly motivated Finance Officer to join our Finance team (AU). Reporting directly to our Assistant Controller (US) and dotted line to our Accounting Manager (AU), this role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of our finance operations across the globe.

Key Responsibilities
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve invoice discrepancies
Process supplier and vendor chargebacks, corporate card, and credit card reimbursements
Assist in Accounts Payable for global operational, influencer, and model payments
Perform weekly bank reconciliations (AUD & USD).
Manage the vendor/influencer onboarding and supplier set-up with appropriate verification
Support month-end close, including credit card subledger management and reporting
Provide documentation and support for audits and SOX compliance
Act as the go-to contact for expense reimbursements and provide training/support to internal teams
Skills and Experience
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Proven experience in Accounts Payable or a general accounting function
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities across departments and with suppliers
Solid understanding of accounting processes, including ATO invoice compliance
Strong integrity and respect for confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment
Experience with bank reconciliations and exposure to global finance operations is a plus
