Position: Japanese Invoice Processor Salary: P 50,000 to P 75,000 Type of work: Back office and Non Voice Industry: Luxury Car Brand Location: Cebu or Pampanga Work Schedule: 5 days (Monday to Friday) 10AM - 7PM (Onsite) Days Off: Weekends BENEFITS: Government Mandated Benefits Sick Leave Vacation Leave 13th Month Pay Life and Health Insurance Upon regularization, remote work for 10 days in a month Other benefits and allowances will be disclose in the offer JOB REQUIREMENTS: Filipino who speaks Japanese and English Can speak English because majority of co workers are Filipino This is more on transaction type of job where invoices are being checked Degree holder of any course NO JLPT required as long as he/she speaks Japanese Open to work onsite as this is work in the office job Having invoice background is preferred but not required.

Financial related work experience is an advantage.

Willing to undergo training and persistent to learn new function Having a finance background is an advantage.

Can work ASAP in either Cebu or Pampanga, the applicant will choose his/her preferred location.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle the invoice and billing checking of the company Check billings vs payment made by Japanese Companies Translate basic information on billing like: Company name, amount and description Handle invoices written in Japanese and process it on the portal Double check if payment made by client is correct based on agreement Check if all items have been paid on the billing invoices Report any discrepancy to accounts payable team for investigation The job will mostly deal on invoices written in Japanese The information to be translated is mostly japanese companies buying cars RECRUITMENT PROCESS: Initial Interview with HR; Panel/Final Interview with the Japanese speaker colleague and the Hiring Manager Once considered for hiring then we will proceed with Job offer discussion
