Role and Responsibilities
Responsible for:
1. Improve customers' purchase experience and maximize sales by devising platform strategies, collecting business requests, developing services and spreading them globally.
2. Contribute to sales and conduct tasks including promotions and strategic task launching effectively through stable platform operation.
3. Lay a solid foundation for stable platform operation through infrastructure advancement and security/performance(Website's download speed and back-end performance)/architecture enhancement.
Opportunities to working with [D2C Team],
1. [Platform Strategy] Execute the process of collecting business requests, establishing business processes, planning services and designing solutions.
2. [Project Management] Push for the enhancement/roll-out(development sepcification, timeline, budget) of functionalities and advancement of new functionality development.
3. [Platform Operation] Drive task launching, incident managment, enhancement of security and infrastructure, download speed improvement, search engine optimization(SEO) and tagging work.
Requirements
• May lead a small team of professionals with limited control over budget spending or HR management such as recruiting or dismissal and supervises mentoring and coaching for team members
• Typically implements short-term action plans rather than developing policy, process or strategy
• Enhances or Improves methods or procedures and provides coaching to team members to ensure successful outcome
• Has deep knowledge on one job area or broad knowledge on several job areas
• Typically requires at least 8 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years
