Job Description (Posting).

o Design and build deployment solutions for our Windows physical and virtual platformso Define and create automated and manual testing procedures o Analyze user requirementso Create various type of documents (design and architecture, KB articles for L2 and L1 teams)o Act as L3 for production issues o Liaise with peers in other infrastructure teams to ensure designs fit their needs o Constantly collaborate with product and operations team to ensure a smooth and clean transition from Engineering to Production in agreement with the requirements.The Windows Engineering team, within the End User Computing division, is responsible for providing the necessary operating system platform all Deutsche Bank staff. The team loosely follows the Spotify Agile model and is structured into delivery teams (squads) that are each accountable for a specific technology stack. The Windows Engineer is responsible for designing, documenting and delivery of operating system builds, the supported hardware, configurations and applications in a centralized and automated way. We expect from our engineers to be imaginative, solution creators not just tasks executants so you will get the problem and we will be expecting a solution to that problem from you. Work in a flexible manner which will help you balance your personal priorities.Required skillso Desktop Engineering experience (design, create, deploy, troubleshoot)o Windows 10 and Windows 11 physical and virtual client buildso Windows OS images using technologies like MDT, SCCM / MECMo Driver management, BIOSo Automate patch management (with SCCM/MECM)o Core Windows technologies including but not limited to o GPO management, Roaming profiles, Offline files, Folder redirection. o Admin scripting PowerShell, VBScript and Batch files Nice to have skillso Experience in using various Cloud virtualization providers (AWS, GCP, OCI etc.)o Infrastructure knowledge AD, DFS, DNS, WAN, SAN and DHCPo Windows Defender, Bitlocker, and related security configurationso Practical working experience of major OS migrations o Experience with defining end user hardware productso Avecto DefendPoint infrastructure and/or privileged access management (1.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (2.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases (3.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans. (4.) To independently resolve tickets & esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. (5.) To provide support for on call escalations /L3 level support and doing incident & problem management (6.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives.
