Principle Responsibilities

Assist in estimating project scope and costs. Provide on site management of construction projects. Manage projects with subcontractors.

Communicate with clients and subcontractors. Manage all project documentation. Assist in Pre Construction process such as securing permits.

Assist with estimation and bidding process. Prepare contracts, change orders and pay applications. Assist PM and Superintendent as needed.

Standard Duties

Communicate and follow up with clients about specific projects and their goals

Generate invoices for clients based on services rendered and in coordination with the Project Manager

Prepare written estimates for clients based on labor, materials, equipment and other expenses

Visit project sites to evaluate progress and to respond to customers’ concerns or questions

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure our construction teams have the materials they need

Communicate with site superintendents about delays and any other issues that must be communicated to clients

Create O&M manuals

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Strong organizational skills.

Self starter and ability to work independently.

Construction management software experience a plus.

Skilled in Microsoft Office.
