Maintenance Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Capital project management: budget, plan, and execution.

Site project management, MOC, PEP: initiate and develop schedule and technical scope, supervise during execution.

Collaborate with production and other functions to identify productivity improvements through engineering solutions.

Lead and manage maintenance/engineering team: develop engineering/maintenance strategy in line with plant’s strategy, drive daily maintenance system, and develop and support team skill matrix.

TPM program and activity: lead Preventive Maintenance (PM) Pillar and support Autonomous Maintenance (AM) activities.

Develop and lead implementation of maintenance tasks with the team: defect reporting, PM plan, spare part management, and manage and improve maintenance cost.

Ensure engineering projects, machines, and maintenance activities adhere to SHE procedures.

Develop engineering documents (P&ID, PFD, single line diagram).

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

5 years of experience in maintenance and engineering in a production plant environment.

Electrical, chemical, or industrial engineer.

Able to review and write PLC.
