Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our team. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is essential to keeping our office running smoothly and ensuring internal operations remain organized and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle office tasks such as filing, generating reports, scheduling meetings, and reordering supplies
• Provide administrative support to managers and staff
• Manage calendars, appointments, and emails
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
• Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems
• Welcome and direct visitors, and manage phone calls professionally
• Assist in the planning and execution of company events or meetings
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma required; additional qualifications or certifications are a plus
