Front of House Supervisor

Lead and inspire the FOH team in daily service.

Assign team sections to ensure complete floor coverage.

Foster warm and professional interactions with guests.

Address feedback and resolve issues with care and professionalism.

Coordinate service timing with the kitchen.

Monitor table turnover, POS utilization, and payments.

Ensure hygiene, ambience, and service flow are maintained.

Handle cash-ups, shift reports, and closing procedures.

Additional Duties: Train, mentor, and evaluate team members.

Monitor stock levels, rotate beverages, and assess ordering needs.

Support special promotions and events and create Happy Hour experiences.

Conduct pre-service briefings and debriefs.
