Dietary Aide

Briarwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center -

Full Time Position

Sunday - Thursday

Requirements:

High school diploma preferred

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language

Prior work experience with food preparation a plus

Demonstrated knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served

Must meet all department of health requirements

COVID vaccination

Responsibilities:

Preparing meals, snacks and beverages following facility procedure

Serving meals, ensuring food safety and hygiene procedures are followed at all times

Setting up and taking down dining areas, preparing in the kitchen prior to food service, restocking low items

Cleaning up the kitchen after meal prep & delivery, and setting up for the next meal
