What you'll bring along
Overseeing the design, implementation, and management of network security measures, ensuring the protection of digital assets and the integrity of the organization's network infrastructure
Leading a team of network security professionals and collaborating with other IT teams to ensure comprehensive security coverage.
Overseeing the development and implementation of network security policies, protocols, and procedures to protect the network infrastructure against cyber threats and vulnerabilities
Managing and mentoring a team of network security engineers, fostering collaboration and productivity while providing guidance for successful project execution
Conducting regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential security threats and developing mitigation strategies to address identified risks
Leading the response to network security incidents, ensuring prompt and effective resolution, and performing post-incident analysis to prevent future occurrences
Implementing and maintaining security monitoring tools to track network health and performance, analyzing logs and alerts to detect and respond to potential threats
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards while staying informed about best practices and emerging trends in network security
Collaborating with network, server, and application teams to ensure comprehensive security coverage and seamless integration of security measures
Maintaining detailed documentation of network security configurations, procedures, and incident reports, and providing regular updates to senior management on security efforts

What you'll bring along
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in network security management, with a proven track record of managing large-scale network security systems
Deep knowledge of network security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), VPNs, and encryption. Familiarity with security management tools and software.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of IT professionals.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex security issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
In-depth understanding of network security best practices, including risk assessment, incident response, and compliance.
Experience in managing vendor relationships and evaluating security solutions.
Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or Cisco Certified Network Professional Security (CCNP Security).
Excellent command of both spoken and written English
