Job DescriptionMBS is in urgent need of a Project Manager End User Services. This position is a full-time remote position, temp to hire opportunity. PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Delivery & Management: Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring objectives are met on time, within scope, and budget. Develop detailed project plans, coordinate activities, resources, and timelines.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, vendors, and end-users to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables. Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
Risk & Change Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues. Manage scope changes to keep projects on track.
Team & Vendor Management: Oversee resource allocation, ensuring teams are trained and equipped. Manage relationships with third-party vendors and contractors.
Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to improve end-user services, optimize processes, and monitor performance.
Quality & Compliance: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and policies.
M&A Integration: Lead the integration of end-user services during M&As, including system migration, hardware/software standardization, and the merging of service desk operations.
User Experience & Training: Focus on user experience, coordinating training sessions and adoption of new tools. Gather feedback for continuous adaptation of solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
Expertise: Strong experience in desktop support, service desk operations, and IT hardware/software provisioning.
Service Management: Skilled in ITIL best practices for incident, problem, change, and request management.
Process Design: Proficient in designing processes for seamless handoffs between teams.
Data & Reporting: Experience in creating dashboards, tracking service success, and identifying improvement areas.
User-Focused: Focused on enhancing user experience and driving adoption of new technologies.
Device Lifecycle Management: Expertise in managing the lifecycle of end-user devices.
Security & Compliance: Ensure services align with security policies and regulatory requirements.
Communication & Leadership: Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
Education: Bachelor's in IT, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2 .
