BIM Designer

We are looking to fill an immediate need for a BIM Designer with previous MEP experience. You will be responsible for working in REVIT and AutoCAD . The position is fully in office, and if you are interested you are encouraged to apply immediately as interviews are already being scheduled.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

* Associate"s or Bachelor"s degree in Mechanical Engineering,

* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in BIM modeling, preferably in mechanical, HVAC, or plumbing systems.

* Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Trimble layout tools.

* Strong understanding of mechanical construction processes, trade coordination, and field layout techniques.

* Experience with design-build projects and LEED/Energy Star compliance.

* Familiarity with 3D scanning or robotic total station layout.
