Engineering Technician

Key Responsibilities:

Retrieve daily measurement statements.

Enter third-party measurement data.

Ensure data is transferred into the commercial system.

Compare third-party statements with FLOWCAL reports for custody/verification purposes

Prepare preliminary daily pipeline system balance reports for Engineering review

PM Screening for Pass/Fails prior to requiring further engineering review

Potential for further use for running reports and making suggestions for Test Interval Optimization (TIOT) to increase/decrease the testing frequencies

Help with Enablon data entry for the reliability events investigation details (as needed) and any metrics/reporting associated with follow up action items coming out of the system

General Administrative support: Purchase requisition through SAP, Documents/Information management support

Qualifications & Experience:

5+ years of experience in measurement data management and analysis

Oil & Gas or manufacturing background; LNG or pipeline preferred

Preferred previous measurement analyst or measurement technician experience

Familiarity with FLOWCAL and pipeline EBBs preferred

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Able to work independently and manage time effectively

Proficiency or familiarity with Power BI will support enhancing data visualization and reporting capabilities, although not essential for the role
