Position Overview:

Are you passionate about mixology, marketing, and making a splash on social media? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment where no two days are the same? If so, we want you to join our team as the College Campus Bar Manager & Social Media Guru! In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our bar's success, responsible for crafting innovative marketing campaigns, managing our social media presence, and ensuring that every customer has an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Bar Operations Management:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the campus bar, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Create and implement efficient procedures to streamline bar operations and enhance customer service.

Train and supervise bar staff to ensure smooth service and adherence to all policies and procedures.

Mixology & Menu Development:

Develop creative and delicious drink recipes that appeal to our diverse student body.

Stay up-to-date on current trends in mixology and incorporate innovative techniques and ingredients into our menu.

Work closely with the kitchen team to develop food and drink pairings that elevate the overall customer experience.

Marketing & Promotions:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive traffic to the bar and increase sales.

Plan and promote special events, theme nights, and promotions to attract students and keep them coming back for more.

Collaborate with campus organizations and student groups to co-host events and leverage their networks for promotion.

Social Media Management:

Manage all social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) to engage with our student community and build brand awareness.

Create engaging content, including photos, videos, and graphics, to showcase our drinks, events, and atmosphere.

Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize our online presence and reach a wider audience.

Customer Experience & Satisfaction:

Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere where all students and neighbors feel comfortable and valued.

Solicit feedback from customers and use it to continually improve our offerings and service.

Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy, striving to resolve issues promptly and satisfactorily.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in bar management, hospitality, or related roles strongly preferred.

Strong knowledge of mixology and beverage trends.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and social media.

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
