Learning Center Student Assistant

Kumon Math And Reading Center Of Charlotte- Myers Park in Charlotte, NC is looking for two learning center student assistants to join our team. We are located on 1600 East Woodlawn Road Suite 261. Our ideal candidate is attentive, out-going, and reliable.

Responsibilities

Assist students age 4 to 14 with their Kumon program in our Learning Center. Work with students to develop focus, concentration, stamina, and study skills in math or reading.

Read and learn Kumon method materials. (you will be trained on the job)

Other duties as assigned: grading worksheets, materials stocking and organization, maintenance of work area and occasional light cleaning.

Qualifications

15 years of age or older and/or in tenth grade with excellent math and English skills and grades

Must be able to work two to three days in a week out of four days open (Monday through Thursday, 3 - 6:30 p.m.), 3-3.5 hours each shift.

Only applicants that can work Spring and Fall will be considered.
