Fresh Clerk

Ridgecrest Grocery Outlet is looking for one fresh lead in training to join our team. We are located on 120 N. China Lake Blvd., Ridgecrest, CA 93555.

Responsibilities:

Maintain the look and feel of the department.

Provide our customers with exceptional customer service.

May order merchandise to fill department and prepare for ads.

Stock shelves and displays in and outside of the deli fridge.

Assure proper pricing of merchandise.

Provide customers with product recommendations and assist them with locating product.

Check product date codes to validate proper rotation.

Set up advertising/promotional displays.

Check in and review invoices for accuracy.

Clean and maintain sanitation standards in all areas of the store.

When requested, assist customers to their vehicles.

Records lost/damaged goods and store supplies using appropriate tools.

Will be cross trained to assist other departments as needed.

Qualifications:

Great attitude and customer service with a smile; leave the drama at the door!

Problem solver.

Great with people.

Reliable and punctual.

Must have reliable transportation.

Must be able to stand and remain active for up to 8 hours.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lb.

Flexible schedule for a variety of hours and shifts.

Able to work Part-time with the opportunity to get Full-Time and leadership positions.

Starting at minimum wage.
