Position: Crew member
Location: 114 Lancaster Ave. Downtown Monroe
Type: Full-time/Part-time positions
What We’re Looking For:
A proactive and energetic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and a love for helping customers
Previous experience as a Barista is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidate!
What You’ll Do:
Craft delicious coffee beverages with care and precision
Provide outstanding customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace
Work collaboratively with our team to ensure a smooth operation
