What We’re Looking For:

Barista or café experience preferred (but not required!)

Motivated, hard-working, and coachable

A self-starter who brings energy and engagement

Able to multi-task and stay sharp in a fast-paced café

High attention to detail and sense of urgency

Available early mornings and weekends

We rotate roles and train thoroughly—so whether you're experienced or new to the industry, we’ll help you thrive.

Compensation:

*Starting barista pay averages $15–$16/hr (includes tips)*

Room to grow with performance and leadership potential.

First shift starts at 5:30 AM, and closing typically wraps by 4:30 PM-5:30PM. We value your time, work ethic, and attitude—and we want you to succeed here and beyond.
