Job Title: Calibration Technician (Process Instruments)

Location: North Chicago, IL

Hire Type: Long-term Contract, Onsite

Target Pay Rate: $33.00/hour (W2, with full employee benefits)

Job Summary:

The Calibration Technician will ensure accurate calibrations for various process instruments used to manufacture pharmaceutical products. Process instruments may include: Pressure sensors, Temperature sensors, Flow meters, Autoclaves, Centrifuges, and Reactors.

Job Duties:

Perform calibrations on process instruments used in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Identify measurement errors and calculate uncertainties.

Prepare detailed calibration reports.

Communicate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues.

Assist with measurement and traceability questions. Qualifications:

At least 2+ years of Metrology and/or Calibration experience is needed.

Knowledge of measurement practices and quality systems.

Experience calibrating and servicing pharmaceutical process instruments such as pressure sensors, temperature sensors, flow meters, autoclaves, centrifuges, reactors, etc.

Analytical skills for interpreting schematics and calibration procedures.

Excellent communication and team skills.
