We're on the lookout for our next Account Manager-a relationship builder, trusted advisor, and champion for our incredible clients.

What You'll Do:

As an Account Manager at EVERNET, your mission is simple but impactful: make our clients' lives easier and more successful. You'll be their go-to guide, working to understand their needs and align the right mix of EVERNET's services and solutions. You'll work hand-in-hand with our internal teams to deliver exceptional outcomes-and build relationships that last.

Day-to-day, you'll:

Develop strong, trusted relationships with clients and internal team members

Engage with clients regularly through calls, video, email, and in-person meetings

Manage contracts, proposals, quotes, invoicing, and renewals

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities-be their go-to expert

Conduct strategic business reviews (at least annually) to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities

Ensure clients are getting full value from our services and platforms

Collaborate across departments to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and innovate

Use tools like Autotask or ConnectWise to manage client data and interactions

Work independently with a high degree of ownership and reliability What We're Looking For:

Experience: 2+ years in Account Management, preferably in IT or professional services

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Autotask or ConnectWise is a must

Location: Must be based in Connecticut or New Hampshire

People Person: You're a clear communicator, proactive listener, and client advocate

Detail-Oriented: You never let the small things fall through the cracks

Driven: You're excited about meeting (and exceeding) goals

Trustworthy, dependable, and capable of working without micro-supervision Who We Are:
