Hybrid position with 2 days on site in Austin

Base Salary 175k - 225k + MBO of 25%

Role & Responsibilities

Lead Solution Development & Architecture

Customer-1st approach

Understand server technologies, customer environments, and expectations.

Customer & Technical Engagement

Collaborate with system architects and software, firmware & thermal domains as well as vendors.

From leading technical engagements to hands-on support

Commodity Strategy & Supply Chain Optimization

Develop & execute strategies for CPUs, GPUs, memory, storage & networking sourcing

Collaborate with manufacturing and Ops to integrate components into production

Evaluate and qualify new suppliers & technologies

Skills & Experiences

More than 10 years of relevant engineering experience required

Proven experience as a Solutions Engineer, Architect or similar

Experience with Cloud Providers (AWS, Azure) and Hyperscale Data Centers

Deep knowledge and experience with Server Technologies including:

Processors, memory, storage, networking, power systems

PCIe, DDR, NVMe, OCP and Component suppliers

Server hardware sustainability and regulatory compliance and procurement

Server Architectures (GPUs, x86, ARM)

Collaboration experience across engineering, operations, and business teams.

Bachelors or advanced degree(s) in EE, CS/E, or similar
