What you'll do on a typical day:
Develops HR strategy for subsidiary with the main focus on:
Recruitment & Onboarding
Training & Qualification
Career Development & Talent Management
Retention
Ensures implementation of strategy also with impact on operational level of HR work (lean processes, digitalization etc.)
Acts as a strategic partner on HR related questions for local management
Accompany subsidiary s growth to develop a modern and competitive entity
Form positive working culture with focus on people and communication (in line with PERI identity, leadership principles and values)
Deliver operational HR work with a small HR / Admin team for employees in subsidiary based on provided processes and guidelines
Implement local strategic initiatives
Adapt HR processes to country specifics for selected HR topics
Act as a point of contact for all employees in Indonesia
What you'll need to be successful:
Degree holder in business studies or industrial engineering with focus on HR
Several years of previous experience in the Business Partner area and international HR Management (e.g. in Talent Acquisition & People Development)
Intercultural competence / experiences
Excellent communication skills and high degree of assertiveness
Very good social and people skills
Proven conceptual strength, Leadership at senior level in a multi cultural environment
Very good knowledge of English and Bahasa Indonesia
Willingness to travel
Very good knowledge of MS Office Programs, primarily Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Knowledge of fiscal and legal regulations as well as legislation in local country
Good knowledge about work regulations and operational HR processes
