RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor project timelines, milestones and deliverables

Ensure efficient workflow and communication within the team

User story creation: gather requirements from stakeholders, write clear, concise and comprehensive user stories.

Prioritize and maintain the product backlog

Work closely with the development team to understand technical challenges and requirements

Facilitate Scrum events: Such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Support product owners

Prepare and present weekly management updates

Encourage continuous improvement in team process to enhance productivity.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Proven experience as a Project Manager in a software development environment

Excellent undestanding of the software development cycle.

Experience in writing user stories and managing product backlog

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Experience using any management tool such as Jira, Trello, etc.

Strong experience in data science, Data Analysis

Desirable:

Certification in project management (eg. Agile, Scrum, PMP).
