Carpet & Upholstery Cleaner - 1 Year of Experience

Job Duties:

Perform carpet cleaning using various techniques and equipment, ensuring thorough cleaning of all types of carpets.

Conduct commercial cleaning tasks, including buffing and maintaining floor surfaces to meet client specifications.

Execute custodial duties to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas, including vacuuming, spot cleaning, and stain removal.

Provide exceptional customer service by communicating with clients about their needs and addressing any concerns during the service.

Follow safety protocols and environmental guidelines while handling cleaning products and equipment.

Maintain and care for cleaning equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Manage daily service calls, supply inventory, and company vehicle maintenance.

Collaborate with the Office Manager to support service calls, change orders, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

1-2 years of residential carpet and upholstery cleaning and/or residential furniture delivery experience.

Knowledge of various floor care techniques, including buffing and maintenance of different flooring types.

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

A valid driver's license required for travel between job sites.

Job Details:

Monday - Friday

8:00am - 4:30pm

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Ability to pass a background check.

Ability to pass a drug screen.
