Join our team as a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment. This position is ideal for nurses committed to delivering exceptional healthcare and eager to explore dynamic environments across the U.S. Job Details

Location: Youngstown, Ohio

Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: 12-hour night shifts

Estimated Weekly Salary: $1570 - $1680 Job Requirements

Current Ohio Registered Nurse (RN)

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification

National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification

Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required

Neuro/stroke experience preferred Responsibilities

Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments

Administer medications safely and effectively

Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams

Act as a patient safety advocate and participate in quality improvement initiatives

Manage care for patients with multi-system organ failure and trauma

Utilize the AACN Synergy Model to provide patient-focused care

Adapt to rapidly changing patient conditions and respond confidently

Collaborate with patients and families to advocate for their care choices
