Experience: At least 5 years of OR experience required including both scrubbing and circulating. Previous OR experience required for members of the CV team. CVOR experience is a requirement Candidate must be experienced in EVH -Endoscopic Vein Harvesting. Licenses/ Certifications: Requirements Successful completion of RNFA program that meets AORN standards for RN FIRST ASSISTANT education programs and is accepted by the CCI. Current RN License in state of employment or compact BLS Certification required. ACLS Certification required. CRNFA certification.
