We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, providing high-quality care to patients with cardiac, surgical, and respiratory conditions. Duration: 13-week contract

Shift: 12-hour nights

Estimated Weekly Salary: $1570 - $1680 Job Requirements

Current Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice or compact license

BLS and ACLS certifications required

NIH Stroke Certification preferred

1 year of RN experience required

6 months of RN experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred Responsibilities

Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments

Administer medications safely and effectively

Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams

Act as a patient safety advocate and participate in quality improvement initiatives

Manage patients with multi-system organ failure and trauma

Utilize the AACN Synergy Model to maintain patient stability

Respond to rapidly changing patient conditions with confidence

Collaborate with spiritual care, palliative care, and ethics teams
