Requires experience with: Conducting business analysis, E-Commerce, Cloud Product Management, New Product Development, Business, Change Management, Customer Service, Inventory Management, Operations Management, Strategic Planning, A/B Test, MVP; Performing cost-benefit analysis, risk assessment, and FIT/GAP analysis, SWOT analysis, Profitability & cost analysis; Using MS project, Confluence, JIRA, Agile/Scrum Methodology, Waterfall methodology; Extracting and analyzing large healthcare claims using Toad, Oracle SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, SAS, Teradata, Databricks; Using Tableau, Power BI, Advance Excel, lucid chart and other visualization tools to display advanced, interactive dashboards and reporting used to drive clinical strategy; Utilizing statistical and data extraction tools to perform statistical tests and studies using Minitab, Salesforce CRM, AWS; Identifying, analyzing and interpreting trends or patterns in data sets through descriptive and multivariate statistics; Developing actionable insights from reporting and analytics, and presenting to non-technical business partners and stakeholders to drive the decision-making process; Working collaboratively and partnering with departments across organizations to ensure deliverables are accomplished; Leading or supporting cross-functional projects aimed at improving operational workflows, reducing costs, and enhancing service delivery to clients and members; and Staying informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes affecting the PBM landscape, and proposing innovative solutions accordingly.
