Packer/Rewind

Hire Up Staffing is hiring for a Packer/Rewind Operator for a well established company located here in Fresno CA!

Schedule: M-F 1:15pm-9:45pm with some possible OT

Pay: $18.00- $21.00 hourly DOE

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Verifies work orders meet sales order requirements

Communicates quality issues with press operators as they arise

Assembles packaging for product

Attaches identifying tags or labels to product as required

Loads labels and packaging material to and from conveyors, boxes and pallets by hand

Counts and verifies output satisfies work order requirements

Operates production equipment including rub testers, label rewinders, and label application testing machines

Inspects all work order set-ups and monitors production runs for quality defects

Reports maintenance issues with production or testing equipment and completes notifications as required
