ETL Developer - Data Warehouse, Nationwide Children’s Hospital, Columbus, OH. Support Nationwide Children's current Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) that houses both operational and clinical data designed to assist decision makers to make the best decision possible based on data provided in the EDW. Contribute to the overall design, build, and implementation of the mapping, extract, transform, and load programming from source systems to the EDW utilizing the Business Objects Data Services and SSIS product. Develop and/or implement the ETL for the new EDW from source systems along with the ETL for support of the data marts that will be developed as part of the implementation. Partner with other IT areas to ensure successful delivery of the ETL from source systems. Develop, test, and deploy ETL and data integration processes according to supplied requirements. Perform data analysis for both source and target tables and columns. Produce and maintain technical specification documents. Participate in the data extraction/cleansing/transform/load/aggregation requirements specification development. Perform automation of hourly, daily, and monthly ETL processes. Provide data verification and problem resolution. Multiple openings. Min. req incl: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or Technology plus 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Data Engineer, Developer, or Analyst OR Master’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or Technology plus 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Data Engineer, Developer, or Analyst, including 3 years of experience with systems analysis and design work including full project life cycle implementation and data warehouse implementation and 3 years of experience working on different ETL tools such as SAP BODS, SSIS, ADF, etc. Send resume to .
