Your role

Are you a target driven individual? Are you skilled at understanding and communicating macro market views? Do you love building relationships? We're looking for someone like that to:

• maximize profitable revenues in our rates team, helping grow our presence in the region as well as working with the team to maintain our existing client base

• develop client relationships and present trade ideas / color and content to clients

• work closely with the rest of the European rates team and our traders to recycle risk and ideas.

• provide clients with market information and market commentary

Your team

You will be part of the Distribution within Global Markets based in Germany. You will cover German & Austrian institutional investors.

Your expertise

• strong knowledge of macro fundamentals and what drives the interest rates market

• ideally first experience in covering German accounts

• knowledge in cash markets (SSA & Covered Bonds)

• demonstrable experience working collaboratively with internal teams

• strong problem-solving skills, able to identify issues affecting clients

• well versed in both symmetric derivative products (swaps) and asymmetric derivative products (optionality)

• a strategic and creative thinker, able to gather information and translate research to analyze the market
