Multi-Territory Sales Representative
Location: Ideally located in Reno, NV area
Territory: West Coast (WA, OR, ID, MT, WY, CA, NV, UT, HI)
Work Style: Remote with approx. 50% travel
Earning Potential: $80,000–$150,000+ (Base + Uncapped Commission)

Cultivating new leads and closing sales across a multi-state territory
Partnering with Inside Sales and Design Consultants to maximize client engagement
Building long-term relationships with architects, designers, and distributors
Leading product presentations and training sessions with confidence
Using CRM tools to manage pipeline and follow-ups
Being the face of the brand—professional, reliable, and informed Who You Are
Proven closer with a track record of exceeding goals
Independent, high-energy, and intrinsically motivated
Collaborative and communicative—able to align with team efforts
Experienced in B2B/B2C sales (ideally building materials or design industries)
Comfortable traveling ~50% and working remotely
Familiar with architects, distributors, and the sales process from blueprint to build
Bachelor's degree and blueprint literacy are a plus Bonus Points If You:
