Florence Coffee co is looking for multiple baristas to join our team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and reliable.

Hiring for multiple shifts at our Missoula locations.

-Brooks & South Reserve locations:

Responsibilities

-Serving customers

-Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs

-Maintain a clean and tidy work area

-Must be able to work independently in a fast paced environment

-Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally

-Accurately handle cash register operations

Qualifications

-High integrity with a great attendance record

-Strong attention to detail

-Ability to listen and communicate effectively

-Previous experience working in a busy customer service environment

-Ability to work effectively without direct supervision
