Project Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Development Manager to join our team.

Location: Bucharest, Romania

As a Project Development Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Investment projects budgets as a project leader.

Establishing project plans and identifying the stages for achieving the objectives.

Identifying opportunities to streamline the activities carried out through MOL Romania's logistics assets.

Facilitating the alignment of work plans in the area of investments with the Procurement, Logistics, Finance and other departments involved.

Leading all of the investment project phases (initiation, planning, execution, control and monitoring, completion) and those related to CAPEX budgeting.

Performing the general planning of the project, covering all departments (engineering, authorization, procurement, construction, commissioning), considering the alignment of strategic objectives.

To be successful in the role, you should have:

Law university degree

Min.15 years in project management and min. 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry

Experience in EPC management (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) contracts

Negotiation skills

Project Management knowledge

Engineering knowledge

Managing relationships with local authorities and relevant third parties

Proficiency English, Microsoft Office package
