ProKatchers is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a travel job in Pecos, Texas.

Weekly schedule: 5x8.

Schedule Notes: Monday–Friday, 8-hour day shifts

Weekend Requirements: None.

On Call Requirements: Required (details will be discussed during the interview). Description:

Perform high-quality MRI procedures according to physician orders and protocols

Ensure patient safety and comfort during exams, including proper screening for contraindications

Position patients appropriately and operate MRI equipment to produce diagnostic images

Maintain equipment, supplies, and exam rooms in clean and working condition

Document exams accurately in PACS and EMR systems

Communicate with radiologists and medical staff to ensure quality patient care

Follow all safety guidelines related to magnetic fields and infection control Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program – Required

Additional MRI-specific training – Preferred Licensing/Certification:

ARRT (R) – Required

ARRT (MR) – Preferred or willing to obtain

Texas Medical Board Radiologic Technologist License – Required

BLS Certification (AHA) – Required Experience:

2+ years of MRI experience – Preferred

Experience working in rural or critical access hospitals – A plus

Familiarity with GE or Siemens MRI systems – Preferred
