Join our healthcare team as a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in an ICU Stepdown Unit, providing essential care to adult patients focusing on post-ICU recovery and COVID+ cases. Job Details

Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: 12-hour nights, every other weekend and holiday

Estimated Weekly Salary: $1780 - $1910 Job Requirements

Current Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice or covered by compact

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification

Minimum 1 year of RN experience Responsibilities

Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments

Create and implement plans of care

Administer medications safely

Coordinate patient care across hospital departments

Advocate for patient safety and quality improvement

Manage patients with multi-system organ failure and trauma

Utilize the AACN Synergy Model for patient care

Adapt to rapidly changing patient conditions
