Is on-call REQ? YES, every 4th weekend and a weekday on-call after hours 2-3 x's per month

Territory: up to a 60-mile radius from the hub/ office

Locals accepted

License in hand

Additional Requirements: Timely communication and documentation required

Dress Code: Scrubs- any color- NO jeans

Cell phone: NO

iPad: Yes, provided

Mileage Reimbursed: Yes- at the IRS standard rate
