The Lead Patient Account Representative with Client Services is focused on interpersonal skills with internal and external customers, as well as leadership . The primary function of this position is to provide education, support, and continual feedback of the Patient Account Representatives . Ensures department is continuously meeting or exceeding patient/department/ CHNw standards. This role supports the mission and values of CHNw by maintaining positive and productive patient/customer interactions and relationships both internally and externally .

Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.
High School Diploma or GED required .
Two (2) years healthcare experience preferred in a centralized revenue cycle billing environment .
Strong interpersonal skills .
Ability to interact professionally with all customers .
Ability to work independently, resolving inquiries, and engaging leadership appropriately .
Support and enhance team knowledge by delivering education and feedback .
Supports an environment of teamwork.
Working knowledge of revenue cycle computer systems including Excel, Word and Outlook .
Maintains confidentiality and documentation in appropriate manner for easy follow-up .
