Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate floor crew staff

Ensure proper use of equipment and cleaning solutions

Maintain high-quality standards in all cleaning tasks

Train new employees and monitor performance

Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies

Drive company vehicle to various job sites as neededRequirements:

Valid driver's license (required)

Previous experience in floor care (e.g., stripping, waxing, buffing) preferred
