Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and mechanically inclined Machine Operator to join our team. This role involves running multiple extrusion lines, changing tooling, completing paperwork, adding shipping labels, and operating a forklift. The position requires standing for the entire shift and offers thorough training and advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

Perform tool changes and die cleaning as needed.

Grade own rejects and stack profiles on carts or bundle in boxes.

Ensure profiles are properly stacked or packaged and verify piece count for carts and boxes.

Monitor extrusion rate and profile configuration.

Work Environment

The work is conducted in an enclosed manufacturing facility, which can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Heaters are provided during winter months, but the facility is not climate-controlled. The facility is clean and maintained, with a strong emphasis on safety as the top priority.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.35 - $18.60/hr.
