Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
Serve as the go-to liaison between vendors, departments, and supply chain teams
Review and negotiate vendor quotes to ensure fair pricing and compliance
Place and track orders, resolve invoicing issues, and ensure timely delivery
Analyze equipment repair costs to make informed buy vs. repair decisions
Help streamline procurement processes and support key financial goals
Participate in outstanding customer service and uphold a culture of respect
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of supply chain management experience
Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
A sharp eye for detail and a curious, investigative mindset
Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and stay adaptable
Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Willingness to learn and grow through paid training
Bonus Points For:
Experience in healthcare purchasing or knowledge of hospital service lines (OR, Cath Lab, etc.)
Familiarity with ERP systems (don’t worry if you’re still learning—we’ll train you!)
General knowledge of maintenance and accounting terminology
Skills
