WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a member of Epic Customer Support, theContent Creator Intern will work on creating training and technical content for Epic E1000 maintenance procedures, including animated CAD walkthroughs, live-action demonstrations, and owner-facing educational material. This role supports both internal technician training and the delivery process for new aircraft owners. Other expectations may include:
Animate engineered drawings and maintenance procedures using SolidWorks or similar CAD software
Film and edit hands-on training demonstrations with mechanics and trainers
Assist in creating visual content for distribution to aircraft owners, including tutorial videos and quick-reference guides
Support content creation for the aircraft delivery process, such as onboarding walkthroughs or system overviews
Write and organize supporting documentation, scripts, and visual layouts
Collaborate with Customer Support team to develop and generate knowledge base articles
Collaborate with trainers, engineering, and customer support to ensure accuracy and usability of materials
Help maintain a structured content library or learning management system (LMS)
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Experience with SolidWorks or similar CAD modeling tools
Basic video editing and animation skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)
Engineering student preferred - preferably mechanical or aerospace
Internship-level experience; strong interest in aviation and technical storytelling encouraged
Portfolio samples of visual or technical work preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable interfacing with aircraft owners/operators and technical staff
Detail-oriented, self-directed, self-motivated, and prompt
Strong time management skills
Friendly personality and good communication skills
Ability to stay organized and deliver in a fast-paced environment
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future
