Process Engineer

Job Description

We are working with a client in Van Wert, OH that is looking to hire a Process Engineer with a manufacturer of specialty vehicles. This is a hands-on role that will play a key part in building and manufacturing units, as well as developing processes to do so. This is a direct hire, salary, full-time opportunity with benefits included. The candidate will need to be experienced with the following:

Drive improvements throughout fabrication and assembly operations.

Collaborate with design engineering, production, quality assurance, and subject matter experts to determine best practices, process documentation, training, and process improvements.

Facilitate and lead dynamic teams to drive improvement projects that result in capable and robust products and processes and develop a highly skilled and empowered workforce.

Full-time
