SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the Dean of the School of Health and the Director of the Nursing Department, the Project Coordinator will manage administrative projects and day-to-day duties for the School of Health at both the School and Department levels.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in business/academics and/or equivalent experience preferred.

1 - 3 years prior project management and administrative assistant experience preferred.

Ability to work basic mathematical calculations; understand and use computerized data information such as Excel, and other data analysis software.

Ability to type and utilize many types of software, including Google or Microsoft Office Suite, emphasizing Excel.

Ability to effectively interface with all levels of the organization and outside contacts, using a high degree of judgment and discretion.

Ability to handle confidential materials and information, maintaining credibility through business relationships.
