Job Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound calls to schedule in-home consultation appointments
Support customers with their questions and concerns
Provide explanations of our product features and services to customers
Input customer information into the system

Requirements
Willingness to learn and work as a team with initiative
Skilled in problem-solving
Friendly and professional attitude
Preferred: At least one year of sales-based call center experience
Experience with Salesforce CRM is helpful
