The Customer Account Representative is responsible for the entire sales cycle including following up on leads, quoting, processing orders for drawings, revisions, and order approval.
The Customer Account Representative is responsible for providing support to the representatives, dealers, and consultants in their territory.
The Customer Account Representative works in coordination with drafting, scheduling, and reports directly to the Sales Supervisor.Requirements:
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Minimum two-year degree or equivalent work experience in related field.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Read a ruler, read prints, and mathematics.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Previous experience in engineering, sales, or drafting.
SKILLS/ABILITIES: Must possess excellent typing skills, be attentive to detail and well-organized, customer service, have the ability to multi-task, and at times work well under pressure.
